We provide a wide range of training session to cater for all levels of commitment and ability. There are general sessions for the casual player and performance squad sessions for the elite club players. We also run fitness sessions. The youth section run two sessions on a Sunday and also run a developmental Academy on a Tuesday evening for older players.

Players from any team and new members are welcome to attend general section or club sessions. Please contact the relevant CLub Captain to ensure that you turn up at the correct training session.
Performance squad and academy sessions are for selected players only. You will be notified if you are selected to attend these sessions.
Please help us to keep both pitches it top condition by abiding by the following simple rules :
-Use the correct footwear - outside hirers have been informed that they will be asked to leave if they wear anything other than astro trainers.
-Do not pull up the water covers - they have been adjusted and will move by themselves
-Keep the Pitches tidy -Please put all your empty drinks bottles in the bins provided!
