Training Sessions

We provide a wide range of training session to cater for all levels of commitment and ability. There are general sessions for the casual player and performance squad sessions for the elite club players. We also run fitness sessions. The youth section run two sessions on a Sunday and also run a developmental Academy on a Tuesday evening for older players.

Players from any team and new members are welcome to attend general section or club sessions. All you need to do is turn up but you can contact us beforehand if you prefer so the relevant club captain can expect you.

Performance squad and academy sessions are for selected players only. You will be notified if you are selected to attend these sessions.
