Our youth hockey section is the ‘The Next Generation’ and we provide a safe and fun environment where young players from the age of 4 to 18 can learn and enjoy hockey. We are always delighted to have new young people join us. Enquiries: Colts@readinghockeyclub.org.uk
MINIS GENERAL INFORMATION
We welcome girls and boys from age 4 to 12 in the Reading Minis. No-one needs to have played hockey before as our sessions cater for all abilities. All that is required is the enthusiasm to want to get active and find out about hockey. Anyone can come along and join in 2 taster sessions before deciding whether hockey and Reading is right for them and we can often provide hockey sticks for trial sessions. Don’t forget your shin pads and mouth guard, you will not be allowed train or play without them.
All new players are welcome to join us on a Sunday at the time shown below. Please contact the age group contacts shown on each team page for further details, including 'taster sessions', subscriptions and how to join. Registration 15 mins before the session starts.

This membership detail includes all medical and contact details.
Registration – Children in age groups U6, U8, U10 and U12 are registered in and out of sessions at Reading HC.
