Congratulations to Alys Richards and the rest of her Mixed team, who have made it through to the England Hockey Plate Semi Finals, which will be played at Lee Valley Hockey Center on the 6th June.

The Finals will be played the next day on the 7th.

They beat Taunton Vale 3-2 at home who although they were fielding a couple of Carson's were not able to hold onto a 2-0 lead.
Reading woke up in the second half and a hatrick of short corner goals from Rob Farrow saw Reading win the game.

Taunton were unlucky as they played really well, pushing the Reading team to defend deep and rely on Gary Noble to pull off some spectacular saves.
