CONGRATULATIONS -  WE’RE CHAMPIONS!!

Yes, READING VETERANS are Champions of the WESSEX SUPERVETS ALLIANCE LEAGUE 2008/2009 and finished their League fixtures on 28th March with another win 4:1 against Haslemere; Tim Mann scoring all four; well done Tim!

The final League results scoreboard being:

Played 21: Won 19: Drawn 2: Lost 0: Goals For 92: Goals against 15.

A fantastic season enjoyed by all; well played everyone!

The Vets have two friendlies to finish off their season after Easter, one against Amersham & Chalfont on 18th April & the other on Sunday 26th against the England LX (over 60!) Club
