Trysports 3 County League Division 2

Reading 5 – 0 Sonning

We where given the graveyard slot at “The Lane” this week with a whole day of trying to watch games that ended up being lightninged or flooded off!!! Thankfully the weather had calmed down enough for our game to go ahead trouble free. :o)

Now being completely honest I have no recollection of the game what so ever ;o) having been excitedaly worried about the damn thing for the last month or so it all came and went as quick as Odders & Oj took to drink most of their drinks at the weekend!!! ;o) (im mean!!!)

I’ll try a brief run down…..

Errrrrr ok im struggeling to do that to!!!

What the…… did we do!?!?!

We played AWESOME in the first half :o) hehe we where 4-0 up at half time :o)

We played dreadful really in the second half….well it certainly wasn’t up to our own ridiculously high standards!

Sonning did play well at times and did actually give Jen something to do in goal! ;o)

Fantastic result which has now given us a 5 point gap between us in 2^nd and Wychwood who are now in 3^rd. ;o)

Man of the Match: In my hurry to get to a certain club members 18^th I completely forgot to do a man of the match or if I did I don’t remember doing that either!!! ;o) Im going to give it our “crowd” however :o)

Crowd: 54,321 ;o) hehe well not quite but wud like to say a MASSIVE thank you to everyone who braved the coldness and slight drizzle of our late night start (the ones I saw), Sue Newman, Little H, Witters, Popey, Katharine’s dad, Nadia’s dad, the “we love Izzy and Amy fan club” and thank you to anybody else who I didn’t see much appreciated :o)
