Vets End of Season

I have heard from David that our efforts to arrange games on the 14th & 21st April have failed; it is sad to report therefore that we have completed our Season.
According to my records we played 25 games; excluding our two friendly inter Club ones our results were;
Played 23: Won 14: Lost 6: Drew 3.
Excluding the Oxted game, we scored 40 goals against 30. Top scorers were Richard Higginson 9, Keith Hunt 7 and Martyn Palmer 5
The games we lost were against Eastcote - 3 times!, Wokingham Youngers, Oxford Hawks & Wokingham. I think we finished 3rd in our League - confirmation still awaited.
As previously circulated, our end of season dinner is on Saturday 21st April @ the Little China Town restaurant; please let David know if you and your partner are able to join us - as soon as possible. It will be great to have a good turn out.
