Reading took the Slazenger EHL Premier Division title in sensational style at Sonning Lane on Sunday by beating Cannock 2-1. Before this afternoon’s title decider against Cannock the stand was dedicated to the memory of Peter Williams the man who has done so much to establish the club and the fantastic facilities we have at Sonning Lane.

The Ladies 1XI confirmed themselves as unbeaten champions of Slazenger EHL Division 2 South when they defeated Woking 4-0 at Sonning Lane. The Slazenger EHL comes to a close at Sonning Lane this coming weekend. We already know that the Ladies 1s are Champions of Division 2 South. They will receive their trophy after their game against Woking on Saturday (12:00) and have one game to negotiate to try and finish unbeaten.
