It was great to see the kids fall over themselves to get their sticks signed and photo's taken last Sunday with Susie Gilbert, Kate and Helen Richardson-Walsh and Emma Thomas so honored to have them at our club, they really are an inspiration - to the parents as well as the kids....

Before the ladies played their league match, the ladies moved around the colts training showing medals and helping out. Emma helped the Under 8's learn to V drag - boys and girls: demonstration needed next week please!

Even the Chairman got his picture taken, plus a very happy chap from Sonning HC !!

Also a big thank you to Miriam Luke (Olympic Rowing Silver Medalist ) who gave a talk about roles that supportive parents play helping their child realize a long term love of hockey and learn to compete with a win/learn attitude.
