The Colts BIG THANK YOU awards for their contribution to the Colts section- Ian Ashby and Bev Thompson:

Ian Ashby has been at the club for 14 years coaching colts for nearly all of them and captaining the men’s team where the boys have been coached playing men’s hockey. He has been a colts county coach. Ian has been a coach with the RHC BU18 for the past 3 years winning the EH Plate for 2 of those years. He has also been the Colts Welfare Officer for several years, a vital role for the colts. Throughout his time at the club he has courageously been wearing a Magnum PI moustache.

Bev Thompson has been at the club for 13 years coaching for nearly all of them. Bev has coached for the county and is a JRPC coach. She was Colts Chairman for 5 years pulling the many coaching and admin volunteers together as a unit, orchestrating the YL courses and fostering greater links with the Ladies section to channel colts into playing at the higher levels in the Ladies Section. Under her chairmanship the Colts Section has grown substantially as has the RHC Girls NAGS grown in number.
