Maple Orthodontics will be at the club on the 8th September (Club Day) to create and make gum shields for Adults and Children.
They will take the moulds and then send you (or you can collect) your new gum shield in a few weeks.

The cost will be : £40 for Adult and £30 for Children, with £5 for every gum shield made going towards club funds.

The childrens gum sheilds will include their name and will be single colour and the adults will be single colour but no name. Their is extra costs for more than one colour and names for adults.
