On Sunday 22nd November Reading Hockey Club invites you to a workshop with Miriam Luke, Olympic Silver Medallist and parent. Miriam has delivered this really engaging and informative workshop at the Sainsbury’s School Games, National Talent Camp and in many schools and clubs throughout the UK.

The workshop is designed to outline the roles that supportive parents play helping their child realise a long term love of hockey and learn to compete with a win/learn attitude. The workshop covers the important fundamental stages of sport that are universally recognised by National Governing Bodies of Sport in Long Term Athlete Development.

The workshop covers plenty of practical advice and useful tips, and provides a forum for parents to explore common issues and compare solutions.
