2018 Awards Dinner

The Club Awards dinner is being held on the 14th April at the Coppid Beech hotel in Bracknell

Dress:
Evening Wear, Black Tie or Smart Suits.

Format :
Pre dinner drinks : 18:30-19:00
Dinner: 19:00
Disco: After dinner !
Carriages at Midnight.

Eligible to attend:
Club members,
Any player who is 16 years + or U16 if they play in an adults Saturday team.
Partners are also invited.

Tickets:
£45.00 per person
Only group tickets can be bought either via the website (see the products section) or via your captains.

Strict closing date for tickets will be : 24th March

Rooms at the Hotel:
The hotel is offering a discount for rooms at the hotel, please contact Liz, Georgia, Rob or Hannah for the code.

Nightclub:
We do have some tickets for free entry into the Nightclub below. These will be given out on the night.
The Hotel and Nightclub will ask for Photo ID , for anyone they think is underage drinking or wanting entry into the nightclub.

Awards:
This year only senior awards will be presented during the evening.
Colts Awards will be presented at an Colts Award event that is being arranged for later in April
