Reading Hockey Club is delighted to announce the signing of Dylan Coleman, who joins the Men's 1st XI for the 2026/27 season.
Dylan arrives at Sonning Lane from Indian Gymkhana, where he has been a regular in the Men's 1st XI competing in the England Hockey Men's Division One South. He has established himself as a consistent attacking threat, contributing goals across the campaign against strong national league opposition.
The club's Chairman, Tim Hunt, welcomed the signing: "Dylan is another high-quality addition to what is shaping up to be a really strong squad. He has proven himself at national league level, and he arrives with ambition that matches exactly what we're building at Reading. It's a real statement that players of his calibre are choosing Sonning Lane."
Head of Men's Performance, Todd Williams, added: "Dylan has established himself as an effective defensive midfielder who also offers vision and creativity when going forward”. He knows what it takes to compete at this level and he's arriving hungry to push on — that's exactly the mentality we want in the squad. I'm looking forward to getting him into pre-season and seeing what he can do in a Reading shirt."
Dylan will link up with his new teammates as pre-season gets underway this week. The whole club looks forward to welcoming him to Sonning Lane.
