6-0 to Reading

The 3As travelled away to Wallingford to play Henley, managing to pick up Maternity Nurse Mollie (minor distraction as her sister had a baby on the living room floor!). Credit goes to Charlie who came to play even with 'food poisoning' from the night before. Reading started strong, however despite the the many many penalty corners were not able to convert until 25mins later. New Auntie Mollie converted the first one away with a pass from Amy to a swing into the top corner of the goal. Reading kept possession, and eventually Jess got bored of how well the Henley goalie was playing and decided to go round her; 2-0 Reading! Shots were splattering both sides of the goal, but to no avail. Mollie headbutting the keeper did not put Blanche off and she finally scored from one of the penalty corners, it wasn't the plan but it worked!

Half time brought a re-focus to put more goals in the back of the net,

The second half started well with a great transfer from Flo which opened the game up and Reading managed to get the ball down to the circle - goal! 2 more goals followed and Reading remained on top for the rest of the the game. New girl Nicky didn't touch the ball in goal and the team ended up in McDonalds for tea. Job done!
