The Goalkeepers' Academy on Tuesday evenings in the cage for the following sessions:
6 - 7pm age groups up to U14
8 to 9pm - adult club and U16/U18

Each GK who has attended so far this season have been notified which session they should attend. If you have not yet attended but would like to do so please get in touch with Sue to check which session you should attend.

GKs need to be responsible for getting yourselves warmed up and kitted up in time for the session to start at the times above so we highly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your allocated session. This would allow the full hour for the GK training.

The academy is free to existing GK RHC Colts members as part of their annual subscription. GKs train with their respective age group squads at the mid-week and Sundays mornings. We don't expect you to have to turn up to every session.
